Sha­ring resour­ces, streng­thening the com­mon good and, at the same time, offe­ring indus­try- and craft-ori­en­ted com­pa­nies, foun­ders and visio­na­ries space to rea­li­ze their own pro­jects and dreams and thus actively par­ti­ci­pa­te in sha­ping our future. Our moti­va­ti­on is to make visi­ons come true.

Our place

The Strand­Fa­brik is loca­ted in the north of the sta­te capi­tal, about nine kilo­me­ters from down­town Kiel, sur­roun­ded by the Kiel Fjord and north of the Kiel Canal in the Fried­richs­ort dis­trict in a com­mer­cial and indus­tri­al area.
